Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office. The listed salary information applies to the United States, including Texas.

Salary: USD 105,500–243,000 annual base salary in the United States of America, Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead complex global logistics and supply chain categories through industry analysis, category strategy, and executive reporting.
• Lead international cross-functional teams and influence business executives on supply chain strategy.
• Develop supply chain, business, financial, and procurement modeling tools.
• Lead supplier selection, supply base optimization, strategic supplier development, and long-term supplier operations.
• Negotiate complex contracts with critical suppliers and develop customized contracting solutions.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operational improvement.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Advanced analytical, supply chain modeling, communication, presentation, negotiation, team leadership, and program management skills.
• Expert knowledge of global procurement processes, complex suppliers, contracting principles, supplier development, and contract risk management.
• Ability to independently draft legal contracts and custom contract solutions and close complex deals.
• Mastery of English and the applicable local language.
