Director, IT & Business Enablement (AI)

Location: Remote; candidates outside the US may be considered with location-specific compensation and benefits.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD for most US locations; $200,000–$230,000 USD for San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

• Own, build, and scale the IT infrastructure, systems, and team supporting a global workforce.
• Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including provisioning, application deployment, patching, and asset retirement.
• Administer identity and access systems and oversee the internal SaaS tooling stack.
• Lead secure AI adoption by identifying use cases, integrating AI capabilities, and optimizing tooling for effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage software and hardware budgets, vendor relationships, documentation, training, and support workflows.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and non-technical employees to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technology operations, including 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience managing endpoint lifecycles at scale for fully or hybrid-remote workforces.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, MDM, collaboration tools, and modern SaaS stacks.
• Experience leading company-wide AI adoption and integrating AI into business workflows.
• Experience managing software and hardware budgets, vendor relationships, and cost or ROI analysis.
• Strong documentation, process-building, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
