Workday Security/HCM Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 9,600–20,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Develop expertise in Workday Security and contribute to system design and modification.
• Perform Workday administrative functions related to security.
• Manage the production environment and maintain controlled system operations.
• Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
• Gather business requirements and align system configuration with business objectives.

Requirements

• Workday Security Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Security issue resolution.
• Experience in functional oversight, business requirements gathering, system design, and configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Security delivery, support, and process optimization.
• Workday Reporting experience.
• HR functional experience and knowledge of other Workday modules.
