What you will do

• Develop expertise in Workday Security and contribute to system design and modifications aligned with business objectives.
• Perform Workday administrative functions related to security.
• Manage the production environment and establish controlled systems processes.
• Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
• Gather business requirements and support functional oversight, system design, and configuration.

Requirements

• Workday Security Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Experience resolving issues in Workday HCM and Security.
• Experience with functional oversight, business requirements gathering, system design, and configuration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Workday delivery with a focus on Workday Security.
• Experience optimizing Workday Security processes.
• Workday Reporting experience and HR functional experience.
• Cross-functional knowledge of other Workday modules.
