Senior People Solutions Analyst (Workday)

Location: Remote, Poland

Salary: 128,000–160,000 PLN per year

hirify.global provides People Technology systems and supports a global workforce through its People Solutions team.

What you will do

• Configure and support Workday HCM modules including Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Build and maintain Workato-based automations connecting Workday, the applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems.
• Prototype agentic workflows using tools such as Claude.
• Manage security access requests and end-to-end business process configuration.
• Develop trusted Workday reports for business stakeholders.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations.
• Experience administering at least one of Workday's Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits modules.
• Experience managing Workday security, reporting, and complex business processes end to end.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges and improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be based in Poland for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with an iPaaS or automation tool such as Workato.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
