Onboarding&Backoffice Specialist with German (Payments)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain new and existing customers in internal systems.
• Request missing information for incomplete documents and verify completed work for accuracy.
• Process requests from customers, partners, and third parties independently according to SLA and quality requirements.
• Make changes and additions to client accounts while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Work closely with the Sales Department and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize shifting tasks and requests in a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements

• Very good written and verbal business communication skills in German and English.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Organizational and conceptual skills with a strong client focus.
• Accurate data-entry skills and the ability to work with little or no errors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
