Salary: $179,760–$341,520 annually for U.S. full-time roles, with different ranges for certain states and cities.

What you will do

• Lead design strategy engagements that clarify customer challenges, success measures, and desired outcomes.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops, and research to identify user, business, and operational insights.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into problem statements, opportunity areas, and strategic design principles.
• Develop experience visions, service concepts, journey maps, service blueprints, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and delivery teams to connect design intent with execution.
• Translate complex findings into recommendations, validate concepts, test assumptions, and refine strategies based on evidence.

Requirements

• Experience in design strategy, service design, business strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading discovery and design strategy from problem framing through strategic recommendations.
• Background in user research methods, synthesis techniques, and insight development.
• Ability to connect customer experience, business goals, and technology considerations into a coherent strategy.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, implementable outcomes.
• Ability to work at the Dallas, Frisco AI HUB location.

Nice to have

• Experience with large, complex, or enterprise customer environments.
• Familiarity with human-centered design, service design, or design thinking frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, platform modernization, or operating model change.
• Comfort facilitating structured workshops with senior customer stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or formal training in design, strategy, or research.
