Salary: USD $149,610–$245,790 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Set UX strategy across multiple teams by connecting customer needs, business goals, product strategy, and measurable outcomes.
• Advance AI-enabled workflows for concept exploration, prototyping, design system usage, critique, quality assurance, and engineering handoff.
• Strengthen the design system through reusable patterns, accessibility, implementation fidelity, and cross-platform quality.
• Define quality standards for user flows, edge cases, interaction details, content, specifications, and production-ready deliverables.
• Improve planning, prioritization, design reviews, documentation, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coach managers and senior individual contributors while building a culture of ownership, feedback, high craft, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including leadership of managers, senior individual contributors, or multiple design teams.
• Experience setting strategy, translating ambiguity into priorities, and connecting design work to customer and business outcomes.
• Strong experience with design systems, reusable patterns, cross-platform design, and design-to-engineering handoff.
• Practical fluency with AI-enabled product design workflows and sound judgment regarding AI-assisted speed, quality, system adoption, and implementation readiness.
• Experience using research, data, experimentation, and customer insight to guide product direction and validate decisions.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, accessibility, privacy, trust, and responsible AI practices.
