Technical Recruiter (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across R&D, mechanical and electrical hardware, software, data, and systems engineering.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate hiring standards, and structure interview processes.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and networking events.
• Manage the candidate experience from outreach through offer and closing while coordinating multiple open requisitions.
• Build pipelines for specialized roles such as robotics, embedded systems, controls, and firmware.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve technical hiring processes, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in hardware, robotics, or an engineering-intensive industry.
• Experience recruiting across mechanical and electrical engineering, embedded and firmware, robotics software, and data engineering.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for niche technical talent.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and technical hiring managers on structured interviews.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
