Staff Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in New York, Tempe, or San Francisco; New York City office attendance is required three times per week.

Salary: $250,000–$280,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the hirify.global platform.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, co-design sessions, advisory boards, and beta programs with wealth management clients, advisors, and legal staff.
• Present product roadmaps and live capability demonstrations in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering.
• Translate customer feedback into functional requirements, system architectures, and intuitive user experiences with engineering, design, and legal experts.
• Analyze market shifts, regulatory trends, adoption data, and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions.
• Champion the product internally and externally across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and enterprise partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent founder or technical leadership experience.
• Experience scaling core SaaS platform products from zero to one and beyond in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in enterprise customer discovery, advisory boards, co-development, and client-facing product work.
• Experience defining end-to-end requirements, managing complex integrations, and partnering with engineering on resilient enterprise software.
• Ability to connect customer feedback with usage metrics, funnel analytics, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
