Senior Product Managers

Location: On-site at the San Francisco headquarters, with four days per week spent collaborating in person.

Salary: $180K–$240K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own one or more major Marshall product areas end to end, from customer discovery and strategy through specifications, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Expand compliance, servicing, scorecards, and call insights into operational actions for lenders.
• Build reusable loan management system integrations, canonical data models, and clear system-of-record boundaries.
• Launch 0-to-1 workflow automation products on the loan management platform foundation.
• Set portfolio strategy, product boundaries, sequencing, quality standards, and shared platform capabilities.
• Work directly with engineering, design, implementation teams, customers, operators, executives, risk teams, and company leadership.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience owning enterprise product areas end to end.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products from ambiguous operational problems through production adoption.
• Ability to reason about integrations, data models, workflow state, permissions, migrations, auditability, and source-of-truth boundaries.
• Experience with regulated, high-consequence systems and safe failure behavior.
• Ability to communicate clearly with frontline operators, lender executives, risk teams, and engineers.
• Availability to work on-site in San Francisco, including four days of in-person collaboration and a typical 8:00 AM start.

Nice to have

• Experience with loan servicing, collections, loan management systems, core banking, or adjacent financial operations.
• Experience building integration, data, workflow automation, system-of-record, compliance, or quality-management products.
• Background in contact-center analytics or AI-powered enterprise software.
