HR Business Partner III (Aerospace)

Location: Mukilteo, Washington, United States; onsite 100%

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy, workforce planning, and people initiatives with organizational goals.
• Advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and develop risk-prevention strategies.
• Lead employee listening activities, engagement analysis, organizational development, and culture initiatives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, career coaching, performance management, recruiting support, and onboarding.
• Lead change-management programs by assessing readiness, managing resistance, and delivering communication strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• 4 years of experience in a multifunctional international environment.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Ability to work onsite 100% in Mukilteo, Washington and meet the listed physical and production-floor requirements.
• Current United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.
