Epic Clinical Analyst II (Ambulatory)

Location: United States; assigned on-site support is required during go-lives and system upgrades.

Salary: $84,577.92–$112,551.01 annually, excluding bonuses, differential pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze and document clinical business operations, workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues related to Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, install, maintain, and document Epic system solutions.
• Review new Epic functionality and releases, assess impacts, and recommend or test enhancements.
• Coordinate with application leaders, project teams, business representatives, subject matter experts, end users, trainers, and Epic.
• Support quality assurance, change management, interface testing, data conversion, disaster recovery, and rotating on-call troubleshooting.
• Provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Active certification in at least one Epic application is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, follow-up, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and support implementation or operational workflows.
