Early Careers New Grad - Leadership Development Program (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid with a minimum of three office days per week

Base pay: $63,300–$114,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Participate in a 12-month Leadership Development Program focused on healthcare payer strategy.
• Support strategic projects across Value-Based Care, Pharmacy, Network Strategy, Individual and Family Markets, and related enterprise priorities.
• Develop strategic planning, analytics, communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
• Interact with senior leaders, receive executive mentorship, and present projects to senior-level executives.
• Collaborate across multiple departments in a highly matrixed organization.
• Identify innovative approaches to healthcare challenges and synthesize business information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA, or a similar master's degree with an interest in healthcare management and strategic planning.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; OPT and CPT are not accepted, and work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, analytics, information synthesis, and communication skills.
• Experience working with personnel across departments and organizational levels, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
