Early Careers New Grad - Leadership Development Program (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required. OPT, CPT, and visa sponsorship are not accepted.

Base pay: $63,300–$114,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support strategic and analytical projects and divisional planning.
• Assist with business plan and strategy development for retail markets.
• Complete ad hoc analytical projects and synthesize business information.
• Coordinate business needs with overall organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with teams across departments and present projects to senior-level executives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA, or similar master’s degree with an interest in healthcare management and strategic planning.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; OPT, CPT, and employer-sponsored work visas are not accepted.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, analytics, and information synthesis skills.
• Cross-functional communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience, or a strong interest in healthcare.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
