What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and operationalize strategic growth initiatives for the Mid-Market Group.
• Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and total addressable market expansion opportunities.
• Develop strategy frameworks, financial models, and scenario analyses for decision-making.
• Translate strategic priorities into operating plans with KPIs, timelines, and performance measurement.
• Drive end-to-end strategic and transformational programs across cross-functional teams.
• Support annual and multi-year planning, strategic thesis development, due diligence, and integration planning.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Strong analytical, problem-structuring, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and translate them into operational execution.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting insights to executive audiences.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and program management skills.
