Consulting Senior Manager, VIS - Technology (Payments)

Location: US - Atlanta, GA; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,900–$222,300 USD per year, with potential sales incentives; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead technology advisory and implementation projects for banking, payments, and financial-services clients.
• Identify client needs, develop managed-services opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and close consulting engagements.
• Develop bespoke and scalable solutions using hirify.global and third-party partner capabilities.
• Build technical roadmaps, coordinate program and engineering delivery teams, and oversee implementation execution.
• Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop strategic relationships across hirify.global and its clients.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience delivering payments-industry technology solutions and services for financial institutions, consulting firms, or related organizations.
• Experience in technology consulting, client engagement lifecycle management, proposal development, pricing, pitching, SOW creation, and execution oversight.
• Strong project and program management, communication, storytelling, presentation, teamwork, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across business and technology functions and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with money movement, disputes, instalments, workflow orchestration, core banking, or related payments capabilities.
• Experience working with consumer, small-business, and commercial clients.
• Experience at a large management or IT consulting firm or a US financial institution.
