Digital Identity Senior Consultant (IAM)

Location: Hybrid across Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, or Tampa, with work in local offices and on client sites. Local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $105,000–$157,000 annual base salary, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $115,500–$172,700.

What you will do

• Consult with clients on complex identity and access management challenges.
• Implement identity tools and processes in client environments.
• Deliver IAM and PAM assessments, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, work plans, staffing, deliverables, and methodologies under manager direction.
• Mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants while supervising engagement teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to client personnel and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Experience with identity governance and administration, user access lifecycle management, and role-based access control.
• Experience designing or implementing IGA and access management technologies, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, or virtual directories.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization and lead, mentor, and communicate with client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Okta or Saviynt experience.
• Professional identity vendor certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
