Solutions Consultant (CPM)

Location: Remote within Canada or the USA; Toronto office full time, hybrid, or fully remote options are available. Travel to customers may be required for in-person presentations.

Salary: CAD 140,250–189,750 in Canada; USD 108,120–146,280 in the USA.

What you will do

• Present Vena's product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Discover business requirements and customize demonstration content.
• Partner with Sales to evaluate opportunities, develop strategies, and recommend solutions.
• Build and enhance demonstration assets and guide proof-of-concept development and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFI and RFP documents.
• Position Vena against competitive products and technologies in sales presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably with a corporate performance management vendor.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, planning, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, and FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, macros, and sophisticated formatting.
• Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into effective demonstrations through a consultative approach.
• Confidence presenting to C-level executives and explaining technical information to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication, initiative, and self-learning skills.
