Senior Manager, Contracts & Compliance (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; regular overlap is expected for collaboration across time zones.

What you will do

• Own administration and compliance for US government contracts across proposal, award, performance, modification, renewal, and closeout stages.
• Build and maintain a central register of contract obligations, owners, deadlines, and required registrations.
• Use AI to extract obligations and milestones, analyze solicitations, and create proposal compliance matrices.
• Develop government-contracts policies, procedures, templates, records, and escalation workflows.
• Administer task orders, subcontracts, flowdowns, modifications, renewals, option exercises, and closeout activities.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Capture, Finance, and delivery teams to translate contract requirements into practical processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of US government contracts experience, including independent administration of federal prime contracts.
• Experience reviewing solicitations, preparing compliance matrices, and coordinating representations, certifications, and mandatory submissions.
• Practical knowledge of FAR, DFARS, IDIQs, task and delivery orders, and subcontract flowdowns.
• Experience building or materially improving contracts processes, templates, tracking systems, and deadline management.
• Production AI fluency for analyzing solicitations, drafting compliance matrices, and managing obligations, with the judgment to validate regulatory details.
• Clear communication, cross-functional judgment, and a hands-on, service-oriented approach.

• Experience with state, local, or international government contracts.
• Experience administering contracts for software, SaaS, or data services.
• Experience working with GSA Schedules.
