Senior Data Management Professional (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare and encounter submission data using Python, SQL, Databricks notebooks, Power BI, and process automation.
• Research dashboards and complex data challenges to identify trends, limitations, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
• Present clear, actionable insights to internal and external partners.
• Improve data processes and promote innovation in data management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of Python experience in data analysis, data quality, and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience applying statistics and machine learning techniques.
• 2+ years of experience building reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Git or similar version control platforms.
