Analytics and Reporting Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $84,400–$152,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Create reports, datasets, insights, and analytics to support business divisions.
• Translate business needs into specifications for reports and analysis.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and business influences.
• Consult with users and lead cross-functional teams addressing divisional issues.
• Build relationships with customers and connect business stakeholders with divisional data teams.
• Support strategic initiatives and broader research through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action, or nine years of equivalent analytical experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems, presenting findings, and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience leading functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and related software development tools and technologies.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, and Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or mathematics.
• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management.
