What you will do

• Coordinate software engineering teams using AI-driven development methodologies.
• Turn project missions and scopes into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Manage small, fixed-scope projects, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business or client stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Maintain delivery momentum and adapt plans as priorities and information change.

Requirements

• Excellent business English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating software engineering teams using AI-driven development methodologies.
• Experience managing small, fixed-scope software engineering projects and delivering status reports.
• Experience serving as a business or client stakeholder interface for a fast-paced engineering team.
• Ability to own project missions and scopes end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and delivery management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology modernization projects.
• Experience in an IT services or outsourcing company in a client-facing role.
• Previous experience in a technically focused role with an understanding of software engineering environments.
