Project Manager – AI & Innovation (AI/Automation): Leading AI-driven projects, proofs of concept, MVPs, and automation initiatives from initial concept through implementation with an accent on prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and responsible AI adoption. Focus on translating business needs into scalable solutions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and building the Business Assurance AI roadmap.
Location: Villamanrique de Tajo, Madrid, Spain; flexible schedule with a hybrid/remote model.

What you will do
- Lead AI, automation, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts and AI use cases for operational and commercial needs.
- Manage proofs of concept, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and business transformation projects.
- Build project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success measures, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap by identifying opportunities, sequencing initiatives, and scaling validated solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
- Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technical delivery.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations and coordinating contributors across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
- Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
- Agile project delivery experience.
