Senior Project Manager (AI Tech Background)

Location: Ukraine; remote or office work. Mandatory international business travel may be required based on project and customer needs.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-price enterprise projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own project planning, execution, risk management, reporting, governance, and outcome tracking across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, legal, finance, PMO, and partner teams.
• Manage enterprise customer relationships, escalations, and cross-regional stakeholder expectations.
• Support pre-sales by defining delivery scope, estimates, assumptions, and risks, and orchestrate RFP responses.
• Develop delivery frameworks, playbooks, accelerators, and best practices for AI-ready infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or AI-related domains.
• Experience delivering enterprise projects under fixed-price commercial models.
• Hands-on experience coordinating RFP processes, requirements management, estimation, scope definition, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with structured planning and transparent reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling skills in international, cross-functional environments.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency and willingness to undertake mandatory international business travel are required.
