High Voltage Test Technician

Location: On-site in Everett, Washington, United States. The role supports a 2nd shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $36–$42 per hour, plus equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Set up, configure, and execute high-voltage tests on production assemblies, subsystems, components, and prototypes.
• Operate test equipment, control panels, and data acquisition systems according to defined procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during testing and document findings.
• Follow high-voltage safety, grounding, and handling standards while meeting quality and throughput targets.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers, Test Engineers, and Production Technicians to review results and escalate anomalies.
• Support the repair, development, maintenance, calibration, and continuous improvement of test fixtures and equipment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing test environments.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and high-voltage safety practices.
• Experience executing detailed test procedures safely and efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with test setup, troubleshooting, and electrical measurement tools.
• Availability for the 2nd shift schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
