Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid). Collaboration requires a shared window Monday–Thursday from 5–7pm PT; qualifying SpreeHours are returned as flex time during the same week.

Base salary: $165,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios, product-line economics, and investment opportunities.
• Track KPIs and variances, delivering actionable insights to executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives, optimize spending, and improve ROI.
• Prepare analysis and materials for executive and board meetings.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for timely, scalable insights.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with strong financial modeling ability.
• Ability to read and write SQL sufficiently to interpret queries and ensure information consistency.
• Experience using BI tools to create dashboards and views within existing database definitions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial growth drivers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, independent problem-solving, and adaptability.
