Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, USA; hybrid working model with in-person collaboration and remote work

Salary: $176,500–$198,650 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI platform for autonomous driving that enables vehicles to learn from real-world experience and supports scalable deployment across global OEM partners.

What you will do

• Build full-stack features for fleet health, vehicle configuration, software status, and location monitoring.
• Develop frontend and backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure for fleet-management workflows.
• Work with senior engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to turn approved designs into production software.
• Contribute to technical discussions, implementation planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build tools used by engineers and operators across multiple OEMs and vehicle configurations.
• Keep usability, reliability, and maintainability central to operational tooling for autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• Professional experience building full-stack web applications or services with hands-on frontend and backend development.
• Experience with APIs, schemas, databases, and backend services.
• Ability to write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in technical design discussions.
• Familiarity with cloud services, distributed systems, or microservice architectures.
• Ownership of assigned work, proactive communication, and willingness to learn from experienced engineers.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, MUI, Rust, Go, Node, Kubernetes, Bazel, or Azure is useful but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with fleet management, robotics, autonomous systems, operational tooling, monitoring, or high-volume data workflows.
