Full-Stack Software Engineer (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Build features across the provider platform, including the TypeScript/React clinician portal, Java/Spring services, and public API layer.
• Develop B2B ordering workflows for bulk and draft orders, payment terms, Shopify B2B integration, and payment reconciliation webhooks.
• Improve the results-release pipeline, including practitioner review gates for flagged clinical results.
• Build organization-specific configuration for features, content, and partner branding without product forks.
• Take features from ambiguous business requirements through production deployment and monitoring in collaboration with product, clinical operations, and sales.
• Improve the long-lived codebase by reducing duplicated business rules and clarifying data models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills with experience owning both API contracts and consuming interfaces.
• Experience with Java/Spring or an equivalent typed backend ecosystem.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema analysis, joins, and production database migrations.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, and systems handling PHI and clinical results.
