Transcon Agent (Logistics)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $25–$28 per hour; eligible for bonus

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow, delivery, and clearance when applicable.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and trace transcon files and reporting.
• Coordinate customer shipments and respond to communications and service requests.
• Manage client and vendor billing and maintain supplier relationships.
• Follow compliance requirements, customer procedures, internal DLSOPs, and company KPI standards.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Understanding of ocean documentation is a plus; hazardous materials certification is preferred.
