Project Manager III - Strategic Business Initiatives (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements, planning, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and meetings in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Maintain project documentation, action items, issue logs, risk management plans, and project deliverables.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and prepare executive summaries.
• Negotiate for resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and support strategic objectives.
• Ensure the quality of design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of project management, implementation, or program management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience leading diverse groups and working in matrix-managed environments.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the Continental United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification.
