Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) (Women's Healthcare)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; onsite work schedule required

What you will do

• Room patients and complete intake, including vital signs, medical history, and visit reasons.
• Prepare exam rooms, procedure trays, supplies, and maintain room and inventory readiness.
• Support in-office procedures, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and phlebotomy within the authorized scope of practice.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and follow infection-control, sterilization, autoclave, and safety protocols.
• Support front-office operations such as check-in/out, scheduling, phones, and administrative workflows.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and teammates; complete approved follow-up communication and escalate clinical concerns.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN license or valid multistate compact privilege to practice in Arizona.
• Current BLS certification and experience with patient intake, vital signs, infection control, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to work within the LPN scope of practice, recognize when clinical guidance is needed, and use EHR, scheduling, and communication systems.
• Ability to meet the required onsite schedule and Scottsdale clinic location expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience in primary care, urgent care, women’s health, reproductive health, or another outpatient setting.
• Phlebotomy training or experience.
• Experience supporting in-office procedures and front- and back-office workflows.
