Vice President, Logistics (Medical Technology)

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA. Full-time onsite role with up to 40% travel. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy across transportation, warehousing, distribution, trade compliance, and customer fulfillment.
• Optimize global transportation and distribution networks across air, ocean, truckload, parcel, rail, and specialized logistics services.
• Lead warehouse and distribution center strategy, inventory deployment, capacity utilization, fulfillment performance, and standardized operating practices.
• Partner with business unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to support growth, acquisitions, product launches, and operational execution.
• Drive logistics transformation through transportation and warehouse management systems, automation, analytics, control towers, dashboards, and process standardization.
• Build a high-performing global logistics organization while managing trade compliance, business continuity, sustainability, safety, and supply chain risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or transportation management.
• Significant experience leading global logistics organizations in complex multinational environments.
• Experience managing large-scale transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations and optimizing global logistics networks.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and working in highly matrixed organizations with senior executives.
• Current and future full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
