Deliver Americas Partner Management Supervisor (MedTech Supply Chain)

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 per year

What you will do

• Support the Americas partner governance framework for 3PLs, carriers, and other external logistics providers.
• Coordinate governance forums, meeting cadences, escalation routines, action tracking, and performance reporting.
• Translate contractual commitments into operational routines, KPIs, service expectations, and performance reviews.
• Track service, cost, quality, compliance, productivity, gainshare, painshare, and service-credit performance.
• Support corrective and preventive action plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and best-practice sharing across sites.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, offboarding, transitions, operational readiness, training, stabilization, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or supplier/partner management.
• Experience working with 3PLs or external service providers.
• Understanding of operational KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance tracking.
• Ability to coordinate with Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and regional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in North American operations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
