Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (Automotive)

hirify.global AV operates autonomous vehicle depots and fleet infrastructure supporting the commercialization of autonomous transportation.

What you will do

• Manage daily ride-hailing operations and provide oversight across all fleet activities and sites.
• Coordinate team schedules and assign EV fleet tasks, including charging, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor, report, and own fleet performance against operational targets and KPIs.
• Lead operational efficiency and process improvement projects.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, including staffing and succession planning.
• Maintain depot safety standards and ensure adherence to partner ride-hailing and maintenance SOPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of team operations management experience in fleet, mobility, or logistics.
• Experience managing teams, organizational systems, data, dashboards, and operational problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and outstanding organizational skills.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Autonomous vehicle experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
