hirify.global builds AI teammates for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, replacing fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI-powered customer and revenue operations integrated with platforms such as ServiceTitan.

What you will do

• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, onsites, final rounds, and interview panels across multiple departments.
• Build and improve recruiting workflows, interview templates, email templates, and scorecards in Ashby.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview stages, feedback, and recruiting pipeline data.
• Follow up with interviewers, identify bottlenecks, and resolve scheduling or process issues.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process and coordinate offers, reference checks, and HR handoffs.
• Gradually support phone screening, sourcing, and other recruiting operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of interview coordination experience in-house or at an agency.
• Background in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar fast-paced role involving high-volume scheduling and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate next steps, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience improving a process, building a workflow, or creating a system that increased team effectiveness.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hiring across sales, engineering, customer success, and operations.
• Experience at a high-growth startup, recruiting agency, or staffing firm.
• Familiarity with Ashby or another ATS, including workflows, interview processes, or recruiting reports.
• Exposure to sourcing or phone screening.
