Corporate Events Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Coordinate internal programs and customer events, including office events, conferences, user conferences, and sporting suite experiences.
• Research venues, select and manage vendors, coordinate promotion, and arrange lodging and transportation.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, calendars, spreadsheets, shared libraries, and other organizational tools.
• Collect event feedback and support reporting and metrics on program results.
• Manage promotional swag and maintain alignment with hirify.global's premium brand.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates, sellers, internal stakeholders, and external partners while managing multiple programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in an events role.
• Project management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel when required.
