Product Owner II - Business Automation (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (hybrid; two days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with business partners to understand challenges, objectives, and automation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Define product visions, roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories for automation and AI solutions.
• Evaluate agentic AI and automation opportunities based on business value, risk, and effort.
• Coordinate with technical, product delivery, UX, project management, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, measure delivered value, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience creating, refining, and prioritizing product, program, portfolio, or team backlogs and roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and practices.
• Understanding of XML/JSON-based APIs, cloud technologies, service virtualization, test data management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and prioritization skills.
• Agile certification such as PSPO, CSP-PO, POPM, or APM is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent experience.
• Experience with matrix organizations, Design Thinking, Lean methodologies, Azure DevOps, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft 365, or Copilot Studio.
