Product Owner

Location: Des Peres, Missouri, USA; on-site

What you will do

• Own the team backlog, product intake, triage, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and daily point of contact for the development team and business stakeholders.
• Document business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional planning, progress tracking, and communication.
• Maintain feedback loops with customers, agents, users, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate testing, documentation, and training before major releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Three years of experience in an Agile product development environment.
• Ability to translate API capabilities into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Basic understanding of backend systems, including microservices, service layers, and databases.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship and employment authorization support are not available.
