TL;DR
Group AI Product Manager (Digital): Lead digital product for a retail energy marketplace by designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows with an accent on marketplace economics, KPI ownership, and translating experimentation insights into product roadmaps. Focus on hands-on delivery of production-grade AI systems, building reusable operating-system capabilities, and guiding a small team to measurable business impact.
Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (Tuesday–Thursday in office) and fully remote on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $230,000-$260,000 cash compensation range + potential equity.

What you will do
- Serve as product lead for digital products, aligning product leadership, customer needs, and client strategy; develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI.
- Translate strategy into actionable workstreams by defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans with cross-functional partners.
- Own outcomes and business impact, including P&L, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities; unblock the hardest tasks hands-on.
- Advance the Growth Operating System by building and deploying agentic workflows with the central Agentic team and turning delivery learnings into reusable capabilities.
- Manage and develop 2+ product managers with hands-on product and analytical support, clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance-driven development.
Requirements
- Hybrid schedule in New York, NY (in-office Tuesday–Thursday) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
- Experience driving AI/ML products end-to-end (concept through iteration) with ownership of outcomes and business impact.
- Hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, including evaluating model behavior, running analyses (SQL, Python), building agents, and/or optimizing data pipelines.
- Strong technical and data foundation to collaborate with engineers and data scientists and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify where AI creates meaningful value across marketplace strategy and client ecosystems; comfortable solving complex analytical and technical problems in ambiguity.
- People leadership experience managing junior product managers (or adjacent roles) with direct responsibility for development and success.
