Social Impact Manager

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Base salary: $95,200–$160,800 USD annually for United States residents.

What you will do

• Manage the hirify.global for Nonprofits and hirify.global for Education programs end to end.
• Build relationships with nonprofit organizations, universities, educators, students, and program members.
• Oversee program operations, applicant inquiries, internal communications, verification-provider partnerships, and process improvements.
• Develop evaluation, tracking, and reporting methods for program objectives and social impact goals.
• Support nonprofit and university members with product implementation and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow membership, improve renewals, and create case studies, webinars, blog posts, and advocacy resources.

Requirements

• Experience managing corporate social responsibility, social impact, community advocacy, or related programs.
• Experience managing in-kind donation programs.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to building community programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, creative problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading projects across internal and external stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical acumen, including the ability to use hirify.global, address technical requests, and work with Salesforce.
