Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based at the San Francisco headquarters, United States

Salary: $210,000–$255,000 annual base salary, plus equity and company bonus

hirify.global builds AI-powered contract lifecycle management software for enterprise procurement and legal teams, using contract data to improve supplier relationships, commitments, risk management, renewals, and negotiations.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a major procurement AI product area.
• Develop products for supplier and contract intelligence, obligations, renewals, amendments, risk insights, and procurement workflows.
• Partner with engineering, applied AI, data, design, and go-to-market teams on product architecture, user experience, data requirements, launches, and adoption.
• Define production AI quality metrics including accuracy, coverage, latency, task success, user acceptance, trust, and business value.
• Build human-in-the-loop feedback loops that let users review, accept, reject, and improve AI-generated insights and actions.
• Lead customer discovery, design-partner programs, usability testing, prioritization, and post-launch measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, workflow products, procurement technology, legal technology, or adjacent business systems.
• End-to-end product ownership experience from customer discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Deep familiarity with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or a related domain.
• Practical fluency with AI product development, including model limitations, evaluation, data quality, retrieval or grounding, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong quantitative judgment, product analytics skills, communication, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to build credibility with procurement leaders, lawyers, operators, technical partners, executives, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience building procurement or spend-management products, including procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier intelligence, contract intelligence, or procurement orchestration.
• Experience with legal technology, CLM, contract negotiation, obligations, renewals, amendments, or compliance workflows.
• Experience with enterprise integrations such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Salesforce, or finance and procurement systems.
• Experience shipping agentic workflows or AI products that recommend, draft, or take action with user approval.
• Familiarity with enterprise data models, entity resolution, contract families, knowledge graphs, structured extraction, or document intelligence.
