What you will do

• Conduct national and programmatic assessments of public health program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.
• Develop evaluation plans, logic models, evaluation questions, indicators, and outcome measures.
• Design and conduct implementation research focused on fidelity, reach, adaptations, barriers, facilitators, and contextual factors.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and report quantitative and qualitative program data using mixed-methods approaches.
• Facilitate internal and external partner meetings and provide evaluation training, technical assistance, and consultation.
• Support CDC administrative systems and evaluation processes, including Human Subjects, OMB, IRB, and E-Clearance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in public health evaluation, health science, implementation research, or program evaluation.
• Experience with national assessments, evaluation planning, logic models, mixed-methods data analysis, and implementation research.
• Experience providing technical assistance, consultation, training, and partner facilitation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance and complete any applicable government background investigation or security clearance.
