Salary: $88,100–$134,400 annual base salary, with potential additional bonus.

What you will do

• Independently manage testing priorities and multiple quality-related projects.
• Design experiments for troubleshooting and trending product performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of protein-based immunoassays.
• Support technical transfer activities and product release responsibilities.
• Approve disposition status for materials under investigation.
• Mentor and train analysts and associate scientists in troubleshooting and experimental design.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide oversight and guidance to other team members.
• Ability to communicate, use necessary equipment, and move throughout the office environment.
