What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to directors, department managers, clinicians, and faculty.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, office supplies, mail, work orders, and department schedules.
  • Support patient and clinical staff scheduling and communicate with internal and external collaborators.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Process P-Card reconciliations, expense reports, vendor payments, invoices, and office supply orders.
  • Coordinate travel, support onboarding, identify workflow needs, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Strong written and oral communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with patients, colleagues, leadership, and external contacts.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 2–3 days per week.
