What you will do

  • Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, testing, laboratory visits, and surgical bookings.
  • Answer phones, triage calls, respond to patient requests, and communicate messages.
  • Greet and check in patients while verifying demographic and insurance information.
  • Support revenue cycle activities, including referrals, insurance verification, copayment collection, charge entry, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare medical records and documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Provide clerical support to physicians, manage office records and calendars, and participate in performance improvement projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of customer support experience preferred.
  • Bilingual ability preferred.
  • Computer literacy, including email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential medical information and knowledge of third-party billing.
