Location: Houston, Texas, United States. The role requires regular work around the office and corporate campus, with approximately 20% travel to other business sites.

What you will do

  • Manage the distribution and sale of vehicles coming out of service, including company cars, marketing vehicles, field vehicles, executive referrals, and associate or family purchases.
  • Oversee employee vehicle orders, dealer coordination, new vehicle deliveries, repair disclosures in SAP, and customer or dealer communications.
  • Maintain vehicle sales logs, verify monthly reporting packages, and monitor program progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the vehicle sales process and strengthen coordination between affiliated companies, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage company-owned vehicle maintenance, repairs, disposal activities, toll processes, courier activities, and special vehicle programs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, support special projects, and occasionally supervise temporary or project-based personnel.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in the field or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in an SAP environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Customer- and dealer-focused approach, attention to detail, and ability to support change.
