Hub Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: 212 Tradesmen Dr unit c, Hutto, Texas 78634, USA; onsite role.

Salary: USD 27–30 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee hub operations, facility standards, security protocols, storage infrastructure, and vehicle accommodation.
• Coordinate vehicle reception, setup, maintenance schedules, inspections, software updates, and fleet uptime.
• Plan and optimize routes for effective data collection under changing time, direction, and weather conditions.
• Assign daily shifts across multiple shifts and seven-day operations, support dispatch, and monitor personnel performance.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, qualifications, conflict resolution, and team morale.
• Manage data handling, secure transportation of recorded media, collection progress, reporting, and operational issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating vehicle, fleet, hub, or field operations.
• Ability to plan routes and monitor operational performance against targets.
• Ability to coordinate personnel, shifts, training, and dispatch operations.
• Ability to prepare daily and weekly performance metrics and report operational status.
• Ability to interface with senior management, project managers, and client stakeholders.
