Business Banking Analyst – Virtual – Bilingual (Fintech)

Location: Quebec, Canada; primarily virtual with occasional onsite attendance required. Employees must be able to reach their primary work location within two hours for business-related purposes.

What you will do

• Support business banking clients and internal partners with account maintenance, signing authority changes, cash management products, and service inquiries.
• Validate Digital Business Onboarding applications across Business Banking, Personal Banking, and Imperial Service segments.
• Capture and validate client financial information and complete documentation according to banking policies and procedures.
• Resolve or escalate client issues, support calling campaigns and AML remediation activities, and identify sales opportunities for internal partners.
• Promote ATM, mobile, and SmartBanking for Business solutions and help clients adopt digital banking options.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional sales and service environment, preferably in financial services, client service, or a contact centre.
• Well-developed knowledge of business products and services, including lending, cash management solutions, GICs, and banking centre services.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Ability to work independently from a secure home workspace with a wired internet connection supporting at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; satellite internet is not permitted.
• Ability to work flexible rotating hours covering Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
