ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX, or another Huntington corporate office location

Salary: $77,000–$154,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve issues across ServiceNow applications.
• Analyze, design, and develop platform solutions based on user requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify errors, remediate issues, and improve platform stability.
• Manage instance security, users, groups, roles, relationships, and access control lists.
• Advise internal teams and business partners on process and technology improvements.
• Develop the platform-wide reporting strategy and maintenance plan, and provide training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least four additional years of equivalent experience.
• At least five years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with ServiceNow best practices and technical debt remediation.
• Ability to work onsite at a Huntington corporate office.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow configuration and modification experience across ITSM, CSM, Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, GRC or IRM, SAM, ITBM, and ITOM.
• Familiarity with User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
• Experience with web services, REST, and JSONv2.
